ICARUS FIDGET RETURN POLICY

TL;DR:

We don’t do boring, and we don’t do fast fashion — but we do care that you’re happy with your haunted hoodie or cryptid sticker pack.

THE OFFICIAL STUFF:

🗓️ Return Window:

You’ve got 30 days from the time your order arrives to request a return. After that, your item is officially cursed and bound to you forever (okay not really, but we can’t accept returns past that point).

✅ Eligible Items:

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Custom-made items (like Mystery Packs or 3D-printed fidgets) are final sale
• Return shipping is your responsibility unless it’s our bad (see: Oops Clause)

🚫 Non-Returnable:

• Custom/personalized items
• Mystery Packs or Surprise Drops
• Sale items
• Digital downloads (if we ever offer them)
• Items that have clearly been summoned through other dimensions

💸 Refunds:

Once we receive your item and it passes the "not-covered-in-blood" test, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process it.

🧃 Exchanges:

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Just return the item and place a new order for what you actually wanted once your goblin brain settles down.

💥 THE OOPS CLAUSE:

If we sent you the wrong thing, if your item arrived damaged, or if your shirt was haunted in a bad way — email us within 7 days at Howdy@IcarusFidget.com We’ll make it right. Chaos is fun, but broken merch isn’t.

🪐 HOW TO RETURN:

1. Email us at Howdy@IcarusFidget.com with:
   1. Order number
   2. What you're returning
   3. Why (brief is fine — even “goblin regret” is valid)
2. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.
3. You ship it back to us.
4. We issue your refund once it arrives in good condition.
