How We Ship the Weird

All orders are lovingly packed, summoned, or printed with care — and then shipped via USPS, because even chaos needs a tracking number.

🕰️ Processing Times

• Ready-to-ship items (like stickers, fidgets, and accessories):
  Ship within 3–5 business days
• Print-on-demand items (like apparel):
  Fulfilled by our partner printer demons — usually ships within 5–7 business days
• Custom/handmade items:
  May take up to 10 business days, especially if the moon is doing something weird

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. (Our gremlins need rest.)

📦 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using USPS First Class or Priority Mail — depending on size, weight, and how fast you need your chaos.

• U.S. Domestic:
  Usually arrives 3–7 business days after it ships
• International (if enabled):
  May take 2–4 weeks depending on customs & local goblins

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, customs, or interdimensional portals.

🧿 Tracking

You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the lair. If it’s been more than a week with no sign of movement, feel free to email us at [your email here] and we’ll investigate.

🧨 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package leaves our hands and is scanned by USPS, it’s technically out of our realm of control. But we’re not monsters — if something disappears in transit, let us know. We’ll do what we can (within mortal limits) to help.
