1. General Vibes & Intent

Welcome to Icarus Fidget — part shop, part magical chaos vortex. By using our website (www.icarusfidget.com), purchasing anything from us, or summoning products through the digital void, you agree to these terms. If you don’t like rules, we get it — but using the site means you’re bound to ‘em anyway.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to browse, and 18+ to purchase. If you’re under 18, please get a parent/guardian/spooky elder’s permission.

3. Products & Availability

We do our best to keep listings accurate and stock real. But since some items are handmade, print-on-demand, or potentially haunted, availability may change without warning.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or limit orders
  • Refuse service to anyone acting shady
  • Edit products, pricing, or descriptions at any time

4. Payments

All prices are in USD. We accept major credit cards and whatever Shopify’s checkout system likes.

If your payment is declined or gets flagged for suspicious activity, your order may be canceled (with or without warning). If you’re confused or think something went wrong, email us.

5. Shipping & Returns

Our full Shipping and Return policies are posted separately, but here's the gist:

  • We ship using USPS, with varying processing times
  • Return window is 14 days from delivery on eligible items
  • Custom orders, Mystery Packs, and items marked “final sale” are not returnable

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — product designs, images, descriptions, copy, etc. — is the property of Icarus Fidget unless otherwise stated. Don’t steal our stuff. If you want to collaborate or license something, just ask.

7. Limitations of Liability

We’re not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • You accidentally ordering 20 possum stickers at 3am
  • Misuse of our products (please don’t eat the fidgets)
  • Paranormal side effects

Use everything responsibly and keep sharp things away from small humans and mischievous pets.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

We may link to other sites (Etsy, TikTok, etc.) that are outside our control. Click at your own risk. We’re not responsible for what happens once you leave our site’s cozy chaos.

9. Changes to Terms

We can update these terms whenever we need to. Continued use of the site = continued agreement.
